Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable
shipping and handling charges or taxes. Prices may be subject to change without
notice.
Unless otherwise indicated, discounts apply to unit retail prices only, and are
not applicable to curriculum resources (Born of the Spirit and We are Strong Together
series) or to the catechist formation or parent formation resources.
Taxes
All items in our catalogue as well as shipping and handling fees are subject to
the taxes applicable in the province or territory to which the order is being shipped.
Payment Options
Make your cheque or money order payable to CONCACAN INC. (the corporate name of
the CCCB). Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Shipping and Handling Policy
Shipping is calculated on real shipping costs. There is a $3.00 handling fee on
each order.
All orders for in-stock items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours.
If the item is not in stock, you will be notified by a CCCB Publications customer
service agent within 48 hours.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Return Policy
All request for returns, must be made within 60 days of the invoice date, except
for annuals which cannot be returned after 30 days.
All returns must be pre-authorized without exception. Before returning any of our
products, please contact our office at 1-800-769-1147 to obtain an authorization
number so that we can insure a prompt reimbursement service.
All books must be returned in a condition that permits resale. Damaged books (unless
damaged upon receipt) will not be accepted for return. Only books in resalable condition
(no text/cover damage, no stamping, no stickering, no highlighting, etc.) will be
accepted for a full credit. Shrink wrapped items (e.g. Tapes, CDs, DVDs and certain
books) must be returned with the shrink wrap intact to be considered “new”. CCCB
reserves the right to reject books that are received in less than “new” condition.
It is the customer’s responsibility to package books in a protective manner.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return of the books as well as
the authorization number clearly marked on the shipping box.
A restocking charge of 10% will be deducted from all returns.
We will refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If you receive
books that are damaged, we recommend that you place a call immediately 1-800-769-1147
to make the necessary arrangements.
